      • Remove mineral deposits from water tray, pad, and components
      • Install new pads and filters
      • Clear out old water and debris to prevent contamination
      • Inspect wires & connections for proper operation and safety
      • Test system & confirm it’s maintaining the desired humidity
      • Ensure humidifier is working seamlessly w/ your HVAC system
      • Verify there are no water/ air leaks affecting performance

      • Check for signs of rust, corrosion, or leaks.
      • Evaluate condition of anode rod to prevent tank corrosion
      • Ensure all connections are secure and functioning properly
      • Check for obstructions/damage in flue/vent
      • Verify & adjust temperature to an efficient and safe range
      • Confirm the valve is operational and not leaking
      • Remove sediment buildup to improve efficiency & extend life
      • Clean the Burner Assembly (for gas water heaters)
      • Test Heating Elements (for electric water heaters)
      • Secure all fittings and connections to prevent leaks
